RETURN OF GOODS BY YOU
For all national orders the products must be returned to Brigid McLaughlin Pty Ltd Head Office within 14 days from invoice date along with the completed returns form.
For all international orders the products must be returned to Brigid McLaughlin Pty Ltd Head Office within 28 days from invoice date along with the completed returns form.
You must pay all return expenses and insurance costs to ensure the goods are returned in good order
and promptly. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for lost returns parcels and strongly
recommend you register any packages to ensure they are traceable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,
flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively contact us at shop@brigidmclaughlin.com if you prefer to exchange without making a second transaction.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment gateway to return the funds to you.

However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail or emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services, however are not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.

Please send us your images or reviews via email at studio@brigidmclaughlin.com or hashtag #CommunityBrigidMcLaughlin and #BrigidMcLaughlin or #PORCELAINBrigidMcLaughlin on Instagram to share with us. We will aim to feature all the images on our Instagram and Facebook feed regularly. Each outfit or review shared with us will be an entry into our monthly draw for a $50 voucher, so share as many as you like. We will draw a name using a random number generator and contact the winner each month via email or Instagram. - Names are drawn via random number generator on the last day of every month. - You can enter as many different outfits or reviews as you like. So the more you send/share with us, the more entries. - We will be sharing images and reviews onto our Brigid McLaughlin and Porcelain Social Media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) - We will announce the winner via Instagram/Facebook by the second Saturday of every month. - Voucher can be used in-store or via phone order, it will not be available online. - Voucher has an expiry date of one year from the date the winner is announced.
